A significant contract for the construction of 10.8 MW data centres in Navi Mumbai, with an estimated expenditure of 1,000 crore, has been awarded to L&T Construction. The contract’s scope of work include design, construction, and related building work, such as fit outs. Additionally, the subsidiary has obtained a contract for the design, development, and building of the “Statue of Oneness.” The State Tourism Development Corporation plans to finish the 108-foot-tall bronze Adi Shankaracharya statue in Omkareshwar in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, in 15 months.
