- Brigade Gateway Residences at Neopolis, Kokapet: This development includes two luxury towers, one of which will be among Hyderabad’s tallest buildings, featuring a configuration of 5 basements, ground floor, and 57 additional floors.
- Brigade World Trade Centre at Neopolis, Kokapet: A commercial tower standing over 200 meters tall, configured with 5 basements, ground floor, and 50 additional floors. This project will also house retail spaces and a five-star hotel, making it the tallest mixed-use development in Hyderabad.
Chennai Project:
- Brigade Altius in Sholinganallur: This premium residential project comprises three signature ₹5,000 crore. This achievement towers, each with six parking levels and 39 residential floors, positioning it as one of the tallest and most prestigious developments in the area.
The combined value of these projects falls within L&T’s classification of a “large” order, indicating a worth between ₹2,500 crore and ₹5,000 crore. This achievement underscores L&T’s expertise in executing high-rise developments and reinforces its position as a leader in the construction industry.
