L&T Realty & Valor Estate to Develop ₹20,000 cr Project in Mumbai

According to reports, Valor Estate (previously DB Realty) and L&T Realty, the property development division of Larsen & Toubro, have signed a legally binding agreement to collaborate on the building of a project valued at over ₹20,000 crore, which would be situated on a 10-acre plot of land in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).

The firms want to construct a mixed-use complex with 1,000 keys to a five-star luxury hotel, as well as luxury apartments and commercial space. The planned Bombay High Court facility is ideally positioned close to the land parcel that will be developed on a revenue and area-share basis.
