According to reports, Valor Estate (previously DB Realty) and L&T Realty, the property development division of Larsen & Toubro, have signed a legally binding agreement to collaborate on the building of a project valued at over ₹20,000 crore, which would be situated on a 10-acre plot of land in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).
