Keystone Realtors wins 4.2-acre project in Mumbai

A 1,000 crore rehabilitation project in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai has been granted to Keystone Realtors, doing business as Rustomjee. Rustomjee secured the 4.2-acre project in Chembur after receiving the support of more than four-fifths of the community’s members. The project’s architect will be Hafeez Contractor, and L&T will be the contractor.

The Green View Development project will have two different styles of apartment complexes, Blue View and Green View, and will provide views of the famed Bombay Presidency Golf Club. While the Green View development will be in Chembur, the Blue View development is now being built in Bandstand. The project will sell brand-new 3/4BHK+ apartments with a combined carpet area of 300,000 square feet.
