Giovanni Bartoli has joined Keestrack as Area Sales Manager for Africa and the Middle East, allowing the company to strengthen its sales team and provide more support to its dealer network.
Giovanni brings knowledge and professionalism to these markets, with over 15 years of international experience in the construction equipment industry. His main goal is to establish reliable and long-term relationships with new dealers. Giovanni has been in charge of business development, primarily in the earthmoving and concrete equipment industries. Except for America, he was in charge of several regions during his career.
Giovanni is currently based in the Keestrack office in Italy and travels extensively throughout his region, which includes Africa and the Middle East. “Keestrack wants to target the markets of North-West Africa, South Africa, and Middle Eastern countries like Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar,” Giovanni said. We’re primarily looking to expand our dealer network by bringing on A-rated, dependable, and well-organized international and local dealers to act as importers and distributors. With these ambitions, Keestrack demonstrates its desire to continue expanding as a global player, already a technological leader.”
“In the coming years, Keestrack will continue to broaden and deepen their product range, in addition to growing the market in these regions.” In these markets, providing the right service and training to the dealers is a challenge for me. Keestrack wants to help its dealers stay on track financially by providing floorplans that allow them to keep machines on hand locally,” he added.
According to Giovanni, the demand for mobile quarry applications that are easy to maintain and user friendly when production demand is not high is driving interest in mobile crushing and screening products in West African countries. In the Middle East, Keestrack is looking at big players who manage quarries for asphalt and concrete production. They’ll be more interested in seeing what Keestrack’s green, fully electric e-range has to offer. A growing number of Middle Eastern countries will switch from a crude oil economy to a green economy. With the e-drive (electric) and ZERO drive equipment, Keestrack is already prepared.
Keestrack has recently introduced tracked engine/generator units that provide electricity directly to connected Keestrack e-drive crushers, screeners, and stackers when there is no plug connection from the grid. The economic benefits of the entire production train will thus be realised to their full potential.
The ZERO range of Keestrack mobile crushers and screens, which are sold without an engine unit, is a step further. They can be powered by the grid or by any external generator on site, whether it’s a tracked engine unit, a Keestrack e-driven crusher with an on-board gen-set and plug out connection, or any other generator.
