With an investment of $150 million, the Sree Kailas Group and Indospace, a renowned builder of industrial parks and warehouses, would construct a six-lakh square foot industrial and warehousing project at Sunguvarchatram, close to Sriperumbudur. It will be built on 30 acres of valuable industrial property and is expected to be operational within 18 months after the construction’s start date.
Sunguvarchatram is one of the most sought-after regions for commercial and residential real estate developments, according to S. Rajkumar, chairman of the Sree Kailas Group, who also noted that the neighbourhood is close to Oragadam and Sriperumbudur. It offers enormous potential for developing top-tier, cutting-edge, A-Grade industrial and logistics parks that serve the needs of FMCG, e-commerce, and industrial users.
