JMS Group, a Gurugram-based real estate developer, has announced the launch of ‘The Nation,’ a plotted residential project in Gurugram’s Sector 95, as part of the DDJAY scheme. The residential project, which consists of 285 units, offers lucrative plot sizes ranging from 120.0 square yards to 178 square yards.
The Nation will feature lush greenery and landscaping, as well as best-in-class amenities like a fitness trail, yoga lawn, badminton court, and an amphitheatre. The mega project is close to prominent shopping malls, movie theatres, schools, and hospitals. The 45,000 square foot commercial space will be used for high-end retail.
