The Indian Railway Construction Company (IRCON) has achieved a breakthrough in the construction of an escape tunnel in Jammu and Kashmir. The tunnel is being constructed under the Zoji La pass, which is the main route connecting the Union Territory of Ladakh with the rest of the country.
