Godrej Properties has announced a new project in Nagapur, for which it has already purchased a 58-acre parcel of land on which to build a residential complex. The majority of the development on this site will be plotted residential units with a total saleable area of 1.5 million square feet.
The project is well connected to Nagpur Airport and the Nagpur-Hyderabad highway, and it is surrounded by well-developed social infrastructure.Nagpur is home to a number of notable infrastructure projects, including the Metro Rail project.
MIHAN SEZ IT and manufacturing facilities, and the Airport Cargo Hub, as well as the upcoming Samruddhi Mahamarg, all of which will increase national connectivity and the demand for high-quality residential units. Over the next 12-18 months, the company plans to invest around Rs 7,500 crore in the acquisition and development of new real estate projects across the country.
