In Dwarka, RLDA is planning a ,193 million mixed-use complex.

The RLDA is planning to build a $1,193 million mixed-use complex in Dwarka. The complex will include residential, commercial, and retail space. The RLDA is hoping that the complex will help to revitalize Dwarka and make it a more desirable place to live.

According to RLDA Vice-Chairman Ved Parkash Dudeja, the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has revealed intentions to develop a 1,24,000 square km land near the Dwarka Sector 21 Metro Station for commercial and residential usage. With a reserve price of 1,193 crore, the government recently requested bids for the lease of the land near IGI Airport in southwest Delhi. The proposed development will consist of 45% commercial and 55% residential mixed-use buildings. A mixed-use development is an approach to urban planning that brings together a variety of purposes in one area, including residential, commercial, cultural, institutional, and entertainment uses. The property is close to important infrastructure, including as the projected Bijwasan Railway and the Pacific D21 Mall in Dwarka Sector 21, and has two entry points.
