The County Group has announced the launch of its ambitious mixed-use commercial project, County Courtyard, at Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, in North Delhi. The project will be divided into twin towers interlinked through a Grand Plaza. Both Towers, Wing A and Wing B, will spread over an area of 5300 sq. meters each.
County Courtyard will be a single-phase mixed-use office-retail freehold commercial project. Netaji Subhash Place (NSP) is a prime commercial hub in North Delhi. Project total cost is expected to be around ₹850 crore. The project will be delivered within the next 3 years.
Spread across 75 acres, NSP attracts footfalls of over 150,000 visitors daily. Strategically located in the centre of Netaji Subhash Place, it is a commercial realty hotspot. County Courtyard is close to intersecting Metro Stations (Red & Pink line).
