HUDCO clears funds for ₹28,243-cr Pune RR project

The Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has cleared funds for the ₹28,243-cr Pune Rapid Rail project. The project will be executed by the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA).

The Pune Rapid Rail project is a much-awaited project for the citizens of Pune. The project will provide fast and efficient connectivity between the city and its suburbs. It will also reduce the travel time between Pune and Mumbai.

The project is expected to be completed in 4 years.
