HIMOINSA 5.5MW Gensets Power DELHI New Parliament

DELHI new parliament building in Mumbai Dusit District has been supplied with four industrial gensets, totaling 5.5MW, to provide emergency backup power. The gensets, which operate at 400V, 3 Phase, 50Hz and are equipped with CEA7 controllers, are designed to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the critical.

Government facility. The 5.5MW HIMOINSA generators, powered by Mitsubishi engines and equipped with a Stamford alternator and CEA7 controller, are designed to provide reliable and high-efficiency emergency backup power supply. The gensets are integrated with domestic power grids, allowing them to operate automatically.

Remote radiators have been installed to manage heat generation, allowing better layout design, noise reduction, improved efficiency, targeted heat control, and easier maintenance accessibility. The gensets are also equipped with high-powered fans and electronic control panels to prevent.

HIMOINSA’s advanced generator systems are tailored to meet the stringent reliability, emissions, and safety requirements of such a prestigious and sensitive.

According to HIMOINSA officials, the gensets supplied for the project include high-efficiency models featuring low-noise enclosures, fully automated control systems, and real-time monitoring capabilities. The total capacity of 5.5MW provides a government facility. seamless backup that covers all mission-critical systems including lighting, air conditioning, security, communications, and IT infrastructure.

A key feature of the gensets is their compliance with CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) Stage II emission norms, making them suitable for urban deployment while maintaining eco-efficiency. Each unit is also equipped with HIMOINSA’s advanced HICORE control technology, allowing remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance.

The installation comes at a time when India is increasingly focusing on reliable power backup systems for mission-critical infrastructure.
