HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund 3 (H-CARE 3) – a fund managed by HDFC Capital – has invested Rs 400 crore in Signature Global. Signature Global focuses on the development of affordable housing projects in the National Capital Region (NCR), as well as ensuring the quality and timely delivery of completed units.
The funds will be used to acquire land and develop affordable housing projects in Haryana as part of Signature Global’s real estate development strategy, which is in line with the government’s Housing for All mission. The company is concentrating on developing affordable housing projects in accordance with Haryana’s affordable housing policy and developing independent floors in accordance with the DDJAY affordable plotting policy.
