ARC Facility Overview :
HD Hyundai has established two ARC workshops in Pune and Faridabad, catering to Western and Central Regions, and has rebuilt over 150 excavators, maintaining a strong customer order pipeline. HD Hyundai has opened its third ARC centre in Kajora, Durgapur, operated by Knowteq Equipcare LLP. The facility, designed for rebuilding and refurbishing old and accidental Hyundai excavators, offers modern manufacturing and testing facilities.
The ARC in Durgapur was inaugurated on September 17th, 2024, in the presence of HD Hyundai Construction Equipment India’s chief guest, Rajiv Chaturvedi, and Knowteq Equipcare LLP’s senior management. Hyundai’s Head of Service, Tarun Jha, highlighted the ARC’s activities in the East Zone, followed by National Head of Sales, Joydeep Bakshi, and Regional Manager, Amitesh Saha.
Equipcare’s GM, Sarup Agarwal, highlighted the quality of rebuilding at their newly opened ARC, aiming to provide world-class support to Hyundai customers in the East Region.
