Godrej Properties has made the decision to build an opulent project close to Mumbai’s upscale neighbourhood of Carmichael Road. According to current business projections, the new project, for which the company recently purchased a land parcel, will have a potential value of about 1,200 crore rupees. The site, which covers approximately 0.5 acres, is situated in one of India’s most prestigious and sought-after residential neighbourhoods.
The demand for luxury real estate has been high over the past few years, and this location gives Godrej Properties the chance to build a renowned boutique luxury residential development, according to Mohit Malhotra, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties. In FY23, the company expects to expand its development portfolio with at least 10 new residential projects across the nation.
