The Faridabad-Jewar Expressway is a six-lane greenfield project spanning approximately 31.425 kilometers, designed to significantly reduce travel time between Faridabad and Jewar Airport. Currently, the distance between these two points is about 90.
kilometers, with a travel time of nearly two hours. Upon completion of the expressway, this distance will be shortened to 31 kilometers, enabling commuters to traverse it in approximately 15 minutes.
Route and Connectivity
The expressway will commence from the Link Road junction on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway near Sector 65 in Faridabad and extend to the Noida International Airport in Jewar. Along its route, it will intersect with major highways and expressways.

Narhawali, Mahmadpur, Hirapur, Mohna, and Chhainsa. In Uttar Pradesh, it will pass through Dayanatpur, Vallabhnagar, Karauli Bangar, Farida Bangar, Amarpur, and Jhuppa.

The recent approval pertains to constructing an 8.5-kilometer elevated stretch within the expressway. This modification is anticipated to escalate the project’s total cost by approximately 48%, bringing it to around ₹2,450 crore, up from the initial estimate of ₹1,650 crore.
