Eicher Trucks & Buses, a subsidiary of VE Commercial Vehicles, completed the delivery of the 315th Vehicle Delivery to KNR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED. The company received a large number of orders for 130 vehicles from Hyderabad-based infrastructure specialist companies. These vehicles have been put into use in the famous large-scale NHAI highway project in southern India.
Recognizing this important moment, Gagandeep Singh Gandhok, Senior Vice President of HD Truck Business of VE Commercial Vehicles, said: “Our cooperation with KNR Constructions began about 5 years ago. In this short period of time, we worked together to deliver the 315th BSVI vehicles which are used in various infrastructure projects. Regarding the partnership, K Narasimha Reddy, the founder and general manager of KNRCL, said: “In our fleet of more than 1,000 dump trucks, Eicher has a 33% share, or more than 300 Vehcles. The Eicher team is in Kaleswaram and Palamuru Rangareddy. The well-known upgrade irrigation project has provided us with good support. To continue this trust, we are very happy to cooperate with VE Commercial Vehicles again and provide us with support in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala. New road construction projects have added more than 130 Eicher dump trucks to our fleet. These projects will promote the development of infrastructure in southern India. With the strength of our partners like VECV, we are confident that these projects will be completed within the timelines .”
