DLF launches Parc Estate off OMR, Chennai

DLF has launched the Parc Estate themed land development near Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai. It offers 1,500 parcels of land covering approximately 85 acres with a land area of ​​600 square feet. To 4000 sq ft, the price is around Rs 3500 per sq ft.

Sustainability is a core concept, put into practice through facilities such as organic waste management, water recycling, efficient drainage systems, solar street lights and 11 wells to provide residents with regular water supply. DLF will also construct wide internal roads to connect Parc Estate with two main entry points, Pudupakkam Road and MR Radha Road.

OMR is expected to see a number of infrastructure projects that will increase the future value of the investment. These include Phase II of the Metro Rail Corridor, several overpasses to ease traffic flow, a multi-level elevated traffic corridor along the old Mahabalipuram Road, and several road widening initiatives.

DLF’s products in the OMR region are designed to provide permanent addresses to residents of the region’s most desirable emerging communities.
