Al Naseem Phase 2 is located in the Middle North of the Southern Island, facing the canal. The residential project will include more than 110 luxury villas with canal views, ranging in size from 305 to 384m2. There will also be work on six different types of villas.
The project’s Phase 2 is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023, according to Diyar Al Muharraq.
Al Naseem is a 328,000-square-meter development with 5 kilometres of seafront views overlooking the inner and outer canals. The villas in the residential development have three to four bedrooms, direct access to the water canals, a private pool, and an on-demand elevator.
Al Naseem is one of the developer’s most distinctive projects, offering Diyar Al Muharraq’s first gated community. The project includes over 300 freehold villas for sale, as well as a variety of residential options and recreational facilities to meet the needs of a large segment of the community.

On Phase 2 of Al Naseem, Ahmed Omer Trading & Contracting is the lead contractor, bringing more than 40 years of experience in villa construction to the project.

The contractor will complete the project in Q4 2023, according to Omar, while adhering to the highest quality standards and paying close attention to detail.
Diyar Al Muharraq is one of Bahrain’s largest integrated residential cities, with a wide range of commercial, recreational, and healthcare options. Mosques, parks, commercial complexes, hotels, schools, and universities can all be found there.
The developer finished infrastructure work on the main roads on the Southern Island within its integrated residential city in the kingdom in April of this year. Electrical, water, sewage, rainwater, telecommunications, and irrigation networks were extended to the Al Naseem, Mozoon, and Era Homes projects within the Diyar Al Muharraq development, as well as other future projects in the area.
