Arvind SmartSpaces (ASL) plans to revolutionise home buying by incorporating transparency and self-sufficiency into the process. The real estate company announced the launch of its digital sales platform, which will allow customers to not only view the entire inventory but also get detailed pricing information. Arvind SmartSpaces is utilising technology to allow customers to select their homes, purchase their dream homes, and track the progress of the project from anywhere in the world.

Customers will be able to take virtual tours of the projects through the online sales platform. Customers will also be able to see and feel the interiors of their potential home. Through the integration of the VR model into the existing website, Arvind SmartSpaces will also allow customers to virtually get a view out of their balconies and look around.

Customers can see exactly which units are available, as well as catch a glimpse of the trailer of a premium, luxurious lifestyle that they are about to buy into, thanks to the seamless integration onto the website, which makes purchasing homes as easy as booking movie tickets.

Customers will be able to virtually visit and purchase homes at Arvind Bel Air, a residential project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, at the start of the service. In Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bangalore, and Pune, the company is developing approximately 25 million square feet of real estate.
