Cube Highways Trust Acquires 7 Highway Assets Valued at ₹5172 Cr
Seven highway assets valued at ₹5,172 Cr are acquired by Cube Highways Trust.

The acquisition of seven roadway assets from Singapore-based Cube Highways and Infrastructure III Pte Ltd and Cube Highways Infrastructure Pte Ltd has been announced by Cube Highways Trust, which is overseen by Cube Highways Fund Advisors Pvt Ltd. Across Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, the assets—six hybrid annuity model (HAM) assets and one build-operate-transfer (BOT) asset—cover over 2,200 lane kilometers.
