CRCC is the major contractor for LIV MARINA, according to LIV Developers

The signing ceremony for the project took place at LIV Developer’s Head Offices in Dubai Marina Plaza on Thursday. The 45-storey tower is due for completion in 2025 after the enabling and foundation work for the residential estate were completed in June 2021.

Residents will enjoy waterfront views and a dedicated floor for world-class amenities to offer resort-style living for its residents. The tower’s distinguished design and finishes will be complemented by waterfront views of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah and Jebel Ali Roads.
