The project will be divided into twin towers connected by a Grand Plaza, with both Towers Wing A and Wing B covering 5300 square metres each and offering 6 floors of retail space and 38 floors of office space, as well as a 3-level basement parking garage with space for 600 cars and charging stations for electric vehicles.

The project will be a commercial, retail, and entertainment hub with a 4.05m floor-to-ceiling height, automated amart lighting systems for maximum energy conservation, rooftop solar panels, break-out terraces on every floor, a four-screen multiplex, and a food court, as well as ample open green spaces, restroom facilities on all floors, and maintenance amenities to support a large workforce.

Furthermore, investors will have the freedom to design office interiors in accordance with their preferred corporate themes.

“County Courtyard will be a single-phase mixed-use office-retail freehold commercial project,” said Amit Modi, director of County Group. The project’s total cost is expected to be around Rs 850 crores, with construction costs of Rs 400 crore and land costs of Rs 450 crore. Within three years, the project will be completed.”
