Centre Approves Six-Lane Bridge at Palasuni in Bhubaneswar

The Central government has granted in-principle approval to expand the Palasuni bridge over Gangua Nala into a six-lane structure to reduce congestion in Bhubaneswar. The project includes constructing a 240-meter-long four-lane bridge and adding two extra lanes on each side flow. Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) is exploring a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) to improve connectivity.
