The Bengaluru joint development property is close to Sarjapur Road and the international schools, and it has the potential to grow to include more than 2 million square feet of residential apartments, according to CMD, Brigade Group.
M R Jaishankar elaborated, saying that the company continues to concentrate on South India, with a particular emphasis on Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, and that the acquisition of both of these properties in Chennai and Bengaluru is a part of its growth strategy. He added that the group as a whole has a pipeline of upcoming projects totaling 10 million square feet, with significant projects in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
