The project will offer high-end amenities and spacious apartments, leveraging the area’s strong connectivity and social infrastructure.

​In January 2025, Brigade Group announced a significant expansion in Bengaluru’s real estate sector with the acquisition of a 20-acre land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road. This strategic move is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in key markets and capitalize on the growing demand for residential spaces in the region.

Project Overview

The newly acquired land is earmarked for a large-scale residential development, projected to offer approximately 2.5 million square feet of saleable area. The development is expected to generate an estimated revenue of ₹2,700 crore upon completion. Brigade’s subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Limited, is overseeing the project, with the land acquisition cost pegged at ₹630 crore.
