Ashoka Buildcon bags ₹692.50cr NFR’s contract

Ashoka Buildcon has won the Northeast Frontier Railway contract entailing ₹692.50 crore investment. It has also received the letter of acceptance from the NFR Railways. The project involves electrification of Railway Lines of the sections Rangiya (excluding)- Murkongselek including branch lines of Rangapara North (excluding)- Dekargaon, Balipara (excluding)- Bhalukpong, Harmuty (excluding)-Naharlagun, Sripani-Dhamalgaon (excluding), Furkating Junction (excluding) to Mariani in (excluding) and Tinsukia to Dangri Section including branch line of Makum into Tirap, Northeast Frontier Railway RKM / TKM on EPC model in Assam. The entire project has to be completed in 900 days.
