In response to strong consumer demand for high-quality, large, and nature-inspired homes, Arada has opened Robinia, the third phase of its Sharjah forest community Masaar. After the first two residential stages at Masaar both sold out, the opening of the 565 villas and townhouses in Robinia has been pushed ahead.
Masaar has been the bestselling off-plan project in Sharjah since its inception in January 2021, valued at $2.18 billion (AED8 billion) and including 4,000 residences scattered across eight gated districts all linked by a ‘green spine’ featuring 50,000 trees.
Arada’s Robinia is synonymous with careful yet exquisite contemporary living, featuring two-bedroom townhomes to five-bedroom forest villas.
The idyllic surrounding woodland and excellent sporting and entertainment facilities encourage healthy, active lifestyles.
Remote access, climate and lighting controls are standard in every Robinia house, while larger villas offer more solitude, additional lounges, vast patios, and immaculate swimming pools.
By the second quarter of 2024, all homes in Arada’s Robinia will be completed.

Masaar is a 13-kilometer circular professional cycling and running circuit that runs through the woodlands of Masaar.
Families can take walks, picnics, run, cycle, and meditate among acres of green spaces that are watered by a cutting-edge irrigation system.
Swimming pools and sports facilities are included in nine of the master plan’s “active” parks. At the same time, a retail centre with a gym and a range of dining alternatives will be located in Masaar’s entertainment zone.
The Masaar Experience Center will be finished later this month, making it the first portion of the community to be open to the public.
Along with the Masaar concert, a Zad food truck park and village, a children’s adventure playground, and a skatepark will open.
Masaar’s first contracts were awarded in May of last year. The US engineering consultant Parsons Overseas Limited received the contract for infrastructure design and supervision consultancy services, while ASGC was granted the contract to develop the Masaar Experience Center and show villa.
In March, two further contracts were issued to construct infrastructure and offer landscaping services in Masaar’s central precinct and the project’s buffer zone.
Arada also granted two contracts worth a total of $125 million (AED460 million) in May for the construction of the first residential district, Sendian.
Construction has already begun and is expected to be completed in 14 months. Before the conclusion of the third quarter, contracts for the second residential district, Kaya, and the third, Robinia, will be given.
Masaar is conveniently located near Tilal City, the Sharjah Mosque, and Arada’s first building, Nasma Residences, in the up-and-coming Suyoh region.
The community is 15 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport, with convenient access to Emirates Road and Mleiha Road.
The position is ideal for commuting from Sharjah to Dubai or the Northern Emirates in comfort and without traffic.
