Aparna Enterprises invests Rs 100 cr to augment capacity for Vitero tiles

Aparna Enterprises has invested 1 billion rupees in its tile division, Vitero Tiles. The investment aims to expand the manufacturing capacity of the Peddapuram plant in Andhra Pradesh. The expansion aims to target more government and private projects, especially in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and other key markets in India, including Odisha, Maharashtra and Karnataka state.

Ashwin Reddy, MD of Aparna Enterprises, said: “In the next 5 years, India’s ceramic tile segment is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 8%. We expect the ceramic tile sector to grow by 50% by the end of fiscal year 21-22.”In June, Aparna Enterprises announced plans to inject 100 rupees into its aluminum door and window system brand Alteza.

At the Vitero manufacturing unit in Peddapuram, Andhra Pradesh, the brand added another kiln. This increase increases the manufacturing capacity of the device from 15,000 square meters per day to 30,000 square meters per day.

In addition to production capacity, Aparna Enterprises also integrates resources to expand the dealer network and market share. In fiscal year 20-21, the company increased its network in India by 23%, and this year they plan to increase it by a further 30%.
