Hitachi receives 40 High-Speed Elevators order from Unity Group

For the first time, Unity Group has placed an order with Hitachi Building Systems and Hitachi Lift India, a division of Hitachi Ltd. that manages the sales, installation, and maintenance of elevators and escalators in India, for 40 units of high-speed elevators for their opulent residential complex “The Amaryllis” phase 2 in Delhi.

These 40 units are high-speed elevators with rated speeds of 180 m/min or 150 m/min with earthquake emergency operation systems that instantly stop the elevator on the closest floor so that passengers can exit without becoming trapped in it after detecting an earthquake. Users benefit from the protection, security, and comfort offered by these features.

There are 5 phases to the 160,000 square metre residential development called The Amaryllis. 10 residential high-rise towers make up Phase 2, which is scheduled for completion in 2023. The ten buildings will have 35 floors and a height of 143 metres.

The skywalk between the 20th floors of the towers, which is one kilometre long and has a jogging track, is connected. Additionally, it features amenities like a swimming pool, a coffee shop, a library, a yoga area, a skating rink, a gym, and more. The Amaryllis, which is close to popular shopping areas and tourist attractions like Connaught Place and Red Fort, is tipped to become Delhi’s most recognisable high-rise residential property.
