The sixth edition of the National Highways Excellence Awards 2023 (NHEA 2023) honored officials and concessionaires/contractors for their innovation and exceptional performance in India’s national highway development. Shri Harsh Malhotra, Hon’ble Minister of State, Dr. V.K. Saraswat, Member of NITI Aayog, senior officials from MoRTH, NHAI, and other stakeholders, featured 22 shortlisted entries and five awards for outstanding projects across different categories. H.G.
