The effective Built-Up Area Ratio (BAR) is 2.316, and the land will be leased for 60 years with a reserve price of ₹9.04 crore.

Bids are being accepted for the commercial development of a railway land parcel at Rana Pratap Nagar Station in Udaipur, Rajasthan, by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA). The property is 1,898.24 square meters in size, and the city’s master plan allots 600.76 square meters for road widening, for a total area of 2,499 square meters. With a reserve price of ₹9.04 crore, the land would be leased for 60 years at an effective built-up area ratio (BAR) of 2.316.

The land, which is well-positioned close to Rana Pratap Railway Station and Sardar Patel Marg, provides great access across Udaipur. Important features are Lake Pichola (5.4 miles) and the neighboring Rana Pratap Nagar Railway Station (0.2 km). The location is also a corner plot close to a road that will link to Maharana Pratap Airport and be 45 meters wide. Over the course of three years, the leasing charge will be paid in four payments.
