In honor of World Youth Day, renowned engineering and digital infrastructure consulting firm Rodic Consultants reaffirmed its dedication to creating future leaders by launching a targeted, five-year program aimed at enhancing youth skill development. The organization has implemented an array of educational initiatives, collaborations with academic establishments, and internship programs aimed at enhancing employability within the infrastructure engineering consulting industry.
Rodic Consultants’ Chief Human Resources Officer, Ajay Srivastava, highlighted that the project aims to develop in young professionals an entrepreneurial attitude, risk-taking skills, and adaptability. “We aim to create a sustainable organization focused on tech literacy and growth,” he stated. “Our goal is to align employee potential with career progression, promoting a culture of accountability and ownership.”
