L&T Bags Order for AIIMS Madurai Hospital Construction

The AIIMS Madurai, Tamil Nadu, under the PMSSY division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has placed an order with Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories vertical.

A 150-seat medical college, a 30-bed AYUSH Block, a 150-bed hospital, a nursing college, an auditorium, a hostel, and residential facilities are all part of the project’s construction. The project has a 33-month completion date and a 2.1 million square foot built-up area.

The scope of work includes finishes, MEP services, external development, including landscaping, and civil structures.
